Sourav Ganguly On Team India Defeat Lord’s Test: The way India lost against England at Lord’s, the players as well as fans and former cricketers are disappointed. Team India legend Sourav Ganguly has also expressed disappointment and believes that India should have achieved the target. Team India dominated most of the time in the third Test, but the tables turned from the last session of the fourth day and in the end England won by 22 runs. At Lord’s, both England and India scored 387 runs in their first innings. After this, the England team somehow managed to score 192 runs in their second innings. “I am a little disappointed with the way India batted in this series, they should have achieved the target (193 runs).”
Sourav Ganguly praised Ravindra Jadeja
Despite India’s defeat in the third Test, Ravindra Jadeja is being praised a lot. Jaddu held the fort from one end and remained unbeaten till the end. He faced 181 balls and scored 61 runs. Sourav Ganguly also seemed impressed with Jadeja’s batting and praised this all-rounder player.

Ganguly said, “When you saw Jadeja fighting and scoring runs, the level of batting of this team got even better, and he would be more disappointed than me because it was a good opportunity to take a 2-1 lead in the series against England. Jadeja has been exceptional, as long as he continues to bat and perform like this, he will continue to play for India.
He has been in the team for a long time. He has played about 80 Test matches and more than 200 ODIs. You can see him batting, bowling and fielding. He is a special player and with the experience of the last few years, his batting has really improved. He is a special player and a very important part of this team.”
