35-year-old Varun Aaron’s international cricket career may not have been very long, but his figures in domestic cricket are worth seeing. During this, Aaron got a chance to play for 5 teams. Aaron continues to play domestic cricket as a player, he announced his retirement from representative cricket in January this year.

SRH shared the information about Aaron being the bowling coach with the fans through social media. He posted a photo of Aaron in a Test jersey and wrote in the caption,
“A great addition to our coaching staff! Welcome Varun Aaron as our new bowling coach.”
It is worth noting that James Franklin played the role of SRH’s fast bowling coach in IPL 2025. Now in his place, the franchise has expressed confidence in Indian cricket. This right-arm fast bowler has played 9 Tests and the same number of ODIs in international cricket, in which Aaron managed to take a total of 29 wickets. At the same time, he has 44 wickets to his name.
