With this win, India has taken an unassailable lead in the series with one match remaining. The Indian team had already won two matches in this series and now they have a 3-1 lead. This is the first time that India has succeeded in winning the T20 series in England. Talking about the match, the England team, batting first, could score only 126 runs for the loss of seven wickets. In response, the Indian team won the match with three overs remaining.

Team India: The opening pair of Shefali Verma and Smriti Mandhana gave the Indian team a blazing start to chase the target and in the first six overs, both of them shared a 53-run partnership. On the last ball of the seventh over, India lost the first wicket in the form of Shefali at a score of 56. She played a big knock of 31 runs in just 19 balls which included six fours. After this, Jemima Rodrigues scored an unbeaten 24 off 22 balls and captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored 26 off 25 balls to give the Indian team an easy win. For England, Ecclestone bowled very well, conceding only 20 runs in four overs and also took one wicket.
