Run Scorers: Sai Sudarshan won the Orange Cap by scoring 759 runs in 15 matches in IPL 2025. His batting reflected technical skills and calm nature. With an average of 54.21 and a strike rate of 156.17, Sudharsan hit one century and six half-centuries. His unbeaten 108-run knock against Delhi Capitals was one of the most memorable knocks of the season. Sudharsan’s consistent run-scoring ability gave Gujarat Titans strong starts in many matches. He created history by winning the Orange Cap at the age of 23, as he became the youngest Orange Cap winner in IPL history.
2. Suryakumar Yadav (Mumbai Indians)
Run Scorers: Suryakumar Yadav, popularly known as “Mr. 360”, scored 717 runs in 16 matches. With a brilliant strike rate of 167.92, he impressed everyone with his aggressive and creative batting. Suryakumar scored 404 runs in the middle overs (7-15), the most by any batsman this season. His flamboyant knocks proved to be game-changers for Mumbai Indians.
3. Shubman Gill (Gujarat Titans)
Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill scored 657 runs, including six half-centuries. With an average of 54.75 and a strike rate of 144.71, Gill showed his brilliant strokeplay and leadership abilities. His batting had the right mix of stability and aggression, which put Gujarat in a strong position on many occasions.
