Fast bowler Yash Dayal, who was recently embroiled in a serious legal case, is now facing the threat of arrest after being accused of sexually assaulting a minor. After a case was registered against him at the Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur, the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association has banned him from participating in the upcoming UP T20 League.

According to a Dainik Jagran report, due to the recent observations of the court in the sexual assault case, Dayal will not play for Gorakhpur Lions in the upcoming season.

Talking about the UPT20 league, it is starting from August 17 and Dayal was bought by Gorakhpur Lions for Rs seven lakh. Meanwhile, the Lions said that the UPCA authorities are yet to issue any official order and they will wait for confirmation before taking any action.
What is the whole case?
On June 21, a woman filed a complaint against Yash Dayal accusing him of cheating in a relationship that lasted five years. She claimed that the RCB pacer had promised to marry her but reneged, causing her emotional and physical trauma. The woman accused Dayal of sexual assault and recently filed an FIR against the 27-year-old Dayal.
Recently, another girl in Jaipur filed a fresh FIR accusing Dayal of sexually abusing her when she was a minor. The 17-year-old girl claimed that she was emotionally blackmailed and tortured for two years by promising help in starting a cricket career.
